Bruce D. Laconi is a partner with Mid-America Title Co. and serves as its Manager. Mr. Laconi also serves as Of Counsel to Clapp Ferrucci. Prior to joining Clapp Ferrucci in 2009, Mr. Laconi owned and managed (serving also as legal counsel for) a successful title company in Indianapolis for 15 years. Mr. Laconi is a dynamic attorney and small business owner combining more than 20 years of experience in the title industry. He possesses significant expertise in virtually all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Laconi began his legal career at the Indianapolis firm of Bose McKinney & Evans, where he excelled as a civil litigation attorney, with concentrations in real estate, general business and creditor’s rights.
