With trial experience in front of the Federal Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, the Indiana Supreme Court, the Indiana Court of Appeals, and other state and federal courts, Sean Clapp effectively represents clients in major litigation as well as in routine transactions. Steve Ferrucci is an experienced business lawyer and litigator. Steve served as General Counsel for Lawler Manufacturing Company, Inc., providing legal and operational advice on a wide range of legal issues including bankruptcy, contract, employment, environmental, intellectual property, product liability, risk management, tort and workers' compensation matters. Steve Ferrucci also served as staff counsel at Simon Property Group where he evaluated legal and business risks, advised senior management and managed outside counsel throughout the United States. While at Lawler and Simon, Mr. Ferrucci gained extensive experience interpreting, drafting and negotiating contractual agreements. Our Of Counsel Attorney, Bruce Laconi, is a litigator and former business owner. Bruce Laconi owned and operated a title company in central Indiana for over 18 years after practicing business litigation in a major Indianapolis law firm. Bruce Laconi primarily focuses his services on business and real estate matters.
